About the Role

Ozora is looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end hiring for hospitality and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to hire quality candidates in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Handle hiring for hospitality roles including chefs, stewards, captains, bartenders, restaurant staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining formalities.
