Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-IT Lateral Hiring

• **Key Responsibilities**

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

• **Required Qualifications \& Skills**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• *3–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.**

• *Demonstrated experience in Non\-IT Lateral Hiring is mandatory.**

Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.

Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within defined timelines.

Experience working with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

• **Eligibility Criteria**

• *Candidates must be based in Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai.**

• *Prior experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory.**

Candidates with only IT Recruitment experience are not eligible for this role.
