About the Role

Vaidban is looking for an experienced, target\-driven and result\-oriented Call Center Team Leader who can lead our telesales team, drive conversions, improve team performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

1\. Lead, manage and motivate the call center and telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

2\. Monitor team performance, conversion rates, productivity and call quality.

3\. Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4\. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

5\. Manage daily team rosters, attendance and work allocation.

6\. Monitor CRM systems, dialers and daily Excel reports.

7\. Conduct regular coaching, training and performance review sessions.

8\. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

9\. Ensure proper follow\-up of leads and maintain operational discipline.

10\. Use AI tools to improve daily operations, reporting and team productivity.

Candidate Requirements

5–6\+ years of experience managing Call Center Operations and Telesales Teams.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent understanding of sales targets, conversion metrics and call audits.

Hands\-on experience with CRM software, dialers and MS Excel reporting.

Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi with good working English.

Ability to use AI tools for daily operational efficiency.

Strong coaching, problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
