About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Team Leader** to join our growing Digital Marketing startup. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, coordinating with clients, managing project workflows, and ensuring the timely execution of digital marketing projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to bridge the gap between clients and the internal team, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day\-to\-day operations of the Digital Marketing team.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups with designers, developers, SEO executives, content writers, video editors, and marketing specialists.
• Plan, organize, and streamline workflows to improve team productivity.
• Handle client meetings, project updates, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of tasks and project timelines.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, motivation, and support.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Good client handling and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, and Content Marketing.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast\-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising Agency, IT Services, or Project Management.
• Prior experience in team leadership or client coordination is highly preferred.
