• *Job Overview**

The Windows O365 Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. This includes being involved in the planning, design, and development of Office 365 applications, as well as providing technical support to users. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our Office 365 environment, managing user access, and performing regular system updates and upgrades. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and its associated applications, excellent problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

• *Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain the organization's Office 365 environment, including user management, license assigning, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage security measures to ensure data integrity and access control in Office 365\.
• Provide technical support for Office 365 users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in planning and execution of migration projects from on\-premises services to Office 365\.

• *Required Skills**

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administration tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and IP networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
• Experience with hybrid environments involving on\-premises Exchange and O365\.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• *Required Experience**

5\-7 years of relevant experience in managing and maintaining Office 365 environments.
