Technical Manager

• *Required Qualification \& Skills :**

1\.) M.Sc. in Biochemistry or M.Sc. in Microbiology

2\.) 4\+ years of relevant Experience in Laboratory operations or a similar technical role.

3\.) Strong Knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control technical operations.

4\.)Willingness to travel different branch locations

5\.) Ability to manage multiple laboratory branches and resolve technical issues.

**Job Profile and key responsibilities**

Maintain EQAS \& ILC

Monitor Daily QC and share the details of IQC and ILC in monthly review meeting and take corrective actions

Pull out the monthly QC and consumption reports of the branches report the same top Technical lead , ZH and BUH

Report and take the actions of false accession numbers on monthly basis

Prepare tracker with justification of repetitive tests

Create and follow SOPs for all IQC, ILC, TNP etc.

Improve TAT and Timely reporting of any delays

PSN, TNP reporting to cluster manager

Constant efforts to reduce TNP

Keep regular track of stock, inventory management and monitor stock expiryof all infrastructure

Reduce holding period of stock and reduce wastage

Improve consumption management

Periodical and proactive maintenance of machine and reduce down time

Propose new tests launches at concerned branches based on test volume

Keep track of all tests and report low volume tests

Periodical Training \& Development of technical staff to improve efficiency

Branch visits – Twice a month

Pay: ₹360,000\.00 \- ₹540,000\.00 per year
