Technical Project Manager

Experience: 5\-7 Years

• *Role Overview**

Responsible for Strategic Planning and execution of various projects within their program. Understanding a business’ short\-term and long\-term overarching goals and initiatives, aligning the course of action with business goals, foreseeing possible risks and challenges that team members encounter during the project’s execution, coming up with solutions to possible roadblocks, and ensuring that the program’s outcome meshes with its original concept

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Technical Project Manager/**Program Manager**.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in project and program management, combined with a basic understanding of software development, **APIs**, product architecture, and technical workflows.

This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. The candidate should be comfortable participating in technical discussions, understanding system dependencies, tracking development progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

● Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

● Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.

● Cross\-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate diverse technical teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across different groups.

● Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

● Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects align with overall business goals and objectives.

● Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications

● Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of relevant technologies and technical concepts is essential.

● Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, execution, and risk management is crucial.

● Leadership and Influence: Must lead without direct authority and motivate teams to achieve common goals.

● Analytical Skills: Need to analyse data, identify trends, and make data\-driven decisions.

● Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, is vital for stakeholder management and team alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with product\-based companies

● Creation and sign\-off of 6\-monthly/Quarterly roadmaps of programs/projects planned for the year

● Design of repeatable \& predictable processes for initiation, tracking, governance, review and delivery of programs and projects

Pay: From ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
