• *Qualification**

• Graduate in Science Stream (B.Sc. or equivalent) OR
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, product information, and order status.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
• Handle customer correspondence through email, phone, and online platforms.
• Support business development activities and lead generation efforts.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and sales\-related documentation.

• *Desired Skills**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and customer requirements quickly.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, or technical sales assistance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
