Technical Support Executive

• *Job Title: Technical Service Support Executive (EV Chargers)**

• *Experience: 1–3 Years**

• *Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Electrical \& Electronics**

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Technical Service Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the electrical/electronics field, preferably from the EV industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EV chargers and related electrical systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Provide technical support for installation and servicing of EV chargers.

Assist customers in diagnosing and fixing electrical charger\-related issues.

Troubleshoot problems related to PCB, MCCB, and electrical control systems.

Support installation and maintenance of single\-phase and three\-phase power connections.

Guide customers remotely (via call/video) for basic technical fault resolution.

Coordinate with field technicians for on\-site issue resolution when required.

Perform basic testing of electrical components and chargers.

Maintain service reports and update issue logs regularly.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

• *Required Technical Skills:**

Basic and practical knowledge of

PCB ,MCB , RCCB

Single\-phase and Three\-phase electrical systems

Electrical wiring and connections

Understanding of EV chargers and charging systems (preferred).

Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical and electronic components.

Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.

• *Key Skills \& Competencies:**

Strong problem\-solving skills.

Good communication skills (to handle customer queries).

Ability to provide remote technical guidance.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, service tools).

Willingness to travel if required.

Customer\-focused attitude.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical \& Electronics.

1–3 years of experience in electrical service/support (EV industry preferred).

Hands\-on experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹380,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
