Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer\-oriented Tele caller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with potential customers, explain products or services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and address their concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
• Good listening skills and a customer\-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling or sales experience is an advantage.
