Handle outbound and inbound calls withdomestic and international clients to promote the company's IT services, software solutions, AI services, websites, mobile applications, and digital transformation offerings.
Communicate professionally with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and identify opportunities for the company's services.
Generate and qualify leads, and coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams for further discussions.
Possess a basic understanding of AI\-related services and solution**s** to effectively explain company offerings and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the lead generation and follow\-up process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, lead status, follow\-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Update and manage client information, call logs, and lead records accurately in CRM systems and internal databases.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and appointment\-setting targets while contributing to overall business growth and client acquisition efforts.
