We are looking for an enthusiastic and result\-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
*Requirements:**
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Strong customer service orientation.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
*Preferred Skills:**
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.
Good listening and problem\-solving abilities.
