**Outbound Calling:** Call prospective or existing customers using provided databases or leads, Introduce products/services and explain benefits clearly and persuasively.
**Lead Generation \& Conversion:** Identify customer needs and qualify leads, Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team, Follow up on leads through callbacks or emails.
**Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Handle objections or queries professionally and provide relevant information.
**Sales Target Achievement:** Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets, Maintain performance as per set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
**Data Entry \& Reporting:** Record customer details, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM or spreadsheets, Provide regular reports to team leaders or managers.
**Campaign Support:** Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers or launching products over the phone, Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Good command of language (English, Hindi, Marathi ).
