*Key Responsibilities**
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across branches.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams to ensure performance excellence.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve branch productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Support marketing and lead generation initiatives (Online/Offline/B2B).
Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions and key stakeholders.
*Eligibility Criteria**
4–7 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
Proven experience in sales and revenue generation.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem\-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
