The US IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for IT (Information Technology) and Non IT positions. Their main goal is to find, attract, and hire qualified candidates for technical and non\-technical roles, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.
o Work closely with Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand the client technical requirements of a role (e.g., skills, experience, certifications).
o Use job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.
o Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively job\-hunting.
o Review resumes and portfolios to assess technical qualifications.
o Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate soft skills, experience, and interest.
o Coordinate technical assessments or interviews through the Business Development team and Client hiring manager.
o Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
o Provide feedback and manage communication throughout the process.
o Help negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates.
o Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
o Promote the company or client as an attractive employer to candidates.
Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
