• *Key Responsibilities**

• Connect with companies and identify job opportunities.
• Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with HR teams and recruiters.
• Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career preparation.
• Maintain placement records and recruitment reports.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Recruitment or placement experience is an advantage.
