Training and Placement Officer

• Plan and coordinate student training programmes to enhance aptitude, communication, interview skills and employability.
• Schedule and coordinate campus placement drives, company presentations, interviews and recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate HR professionals and recruiters to facilitate placement opportunities, particularly for MBA students.
• Coordinate with students, faculty and companies to ensure the smooth conduct of training and placement activities.
• Maintain training and placement records, student databases, recruitment details and placement statistics.
• Prepare periodic reports and manage placement\-related correspondence and documentation.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Candidates who can take up atleast 50% travel for company visit (Around Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore)
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum **8 years of experience** in Training \& Placement activities in a college.
• Experience in MBA placements is preferred.
• Good corporate HR connections are essential.

• *Skills Required**

• Excellent communication and email\-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good coordination, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan and execute training programmes and campus recruitment activities effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000\.00 per month
