UI/UX Designer

• *Position:** UI/UX Designer

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a **UI/UX Designer** who can independently own the end\-to\-end design process. The ideal candidate should be strong in wireframing, capable of understanding product requirements from documentation, and able to translate them into intuitive, user\-centric designs. A working knowledge of **HTML and CSS** is required to ensure smooth collaboration with development teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze and understand business and product requirements from requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high\-fidelity UI designs
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
• Collaborate with developers using HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design implementation matches design intent
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback
• Maintain and enhance design consistency and usability standards
• Take complete ownership of assigned design tasks and deliver with minimal supervision

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3\+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping
• Proven ability to understand and interpret requirements from documentation
• Hands\-on knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• *Good to Have**

• Experience working with design systems
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of responsive and mobile\-first design

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹350,000\.00 per year
