Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2\+ years of experience in user interface design, user experience research, and product design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user\-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and working knowledge of React to collaborate effectively with the development team and translate designs into functional, responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web applications and digital products.
• Conduct user research, analyze user requirements, and create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop high\-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts using Figma or similar tools.
• Apply product design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Work closely with React developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Understand React component structures and reusable UI components to support smooth design\-to\-development handoffs.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve product interfaces.
• Maintain design consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
• Good understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of product design principles and responsive web design.
• Working knowledge of React, including familiarity with components, props, and basic UI implementation.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem\-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or web\-based applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of usability standards and accessibility principles.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Pay: ₹11,000\.00 \- ₹49,000\.00 per month
