Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user\-friendly interfaces for our websites, mobile applications, and digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, modern design principles, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user\-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs.
• Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant design software.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
• Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, icons, and design components.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Review developed interfaces and suggest improvements to ensure design accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and usability standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front\-end development is an advantage.
• Good visual design, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, websites, and mobile applications.
• Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility principles.
• Experience working with developers to implement designs accurately.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
