• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• **Business Development \& Lead Generation:**
• Identify and onboard new clients, including architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, corporate offices, hospitality/hotels, and retail dealers.
• Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory to pitch product catalogs, material finishes, and custom manufacturing capabilities.
• **Client Relationship \& Pitching:**
• Understand client requirements regarding space planning, custom furniture specifications, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Present product samples, 3D renders, and technical presentations.
• **Sales Conversion \& Negotiations:**
• Prepare commercial quotations, price proposals, and follow up actively to close deals.
• Negotiate terms of sale, advance payments, and delivery schedules in alignment with company policy.
• **Cross\-Functional Coordination:**
• Coordinate closely with the internal design, production, and dispatch/logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Provide post\-sales support to address client queries, installation feedback, or snagging issues.
• **Reporting \& Market Intelligence:**
• Maintain daily/weekly visit reports, pipeline trackers, and competitor analysis data in the CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
