About the Role (Bookkeping \& Quickbooks)

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Bookkeeping Executive** with strong experience in **QuickBooks** and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and communicating with clients, customers, and vendors through voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.

✅ Record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy.

✅ Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

✅ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

✅ Generate financial reports and assist in month\-end closing activities.

✅ Maintain and update records in **QuickBooks**.

✅ Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account\-related queries.

✅ Make outbound and inbound calls to clients, customers, and vendors as required.

✅ Ensure timely follow\-up on outstanding payments and financial documentation.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

✔ Strong knowledge of **Bookkeeping Principles** and Accounting Processes.

✔ Hands\-on experience with **QuickBooks**.

✔ Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

✔ Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

✔ Clear and fluent English speaking ability for client, customer, and vendor interactions.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience working with international clients.

⭐ Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting best practices.

⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
