We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Recruiter with 1\.5 to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various IT positions while maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This role is best suited for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements and technical skills.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring requirements.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
1\.5 to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing or US Recruitment.
Strong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
Good organizational and time\-management skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools is preferred.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Comfortable working in the US shift/night shift.
Shift Timings
Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
