US Recruiter

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Junior Recruiter** to work in an **RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)** model, supporting IT hiring needs for multiple client organizations. This role offers excellent exposure to **client handling and end‑to‑end IT recruitment** across various technologies and domains.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage **end\-to\-end IT/Non IT recruitment** under the RPO engagement model
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand **IT/Non IT role requirements** and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through **job portals, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals**, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct **initial telephonic/virtual interviews**
• Coordinate and schedule **client interviews**
• Maintain **candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports**
• Provide a **professional and positive candidate experience** throughout the hiring process
