● Create engaging short and long\-form video content for social media, website, and promotional use
● Edit reels, explainer videos, and tutorials using industry\-standard tools
● Design graphics for campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and branding material
● Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual projects
● Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
● Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
● Stay up\-to\-date with design trends, video editing techniques, and platformspecific content formats
● Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and digital storytelling
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
● Strong understanding of video editing, transitions, motion graphics, color grading, and audio syncing
● Ability to visualize and create engaging content from scratch
● Knowledge of modern design principles, typography, and layout
● Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
● Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and design work
● Animation skills or familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Blender is a plus
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Passion for digital media and a creative mindset
