The Villa Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of premium villas, villa plots, and residential projects developed by Futurearth Group. The role requires managing the complete sales cycle \- from lead generation and site visits to negotiation, booking, and customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with high\-net\-worth individuals, investors, and end\-users looking for premium residential properties.
- *Sales \& Business Development**
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, channel partners, events, and walk\-ins.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives, lifestyle requirements, and budget considerations.
- Present Futurearth Group projects effectively to prospective buyers.
- Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide personalized property recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- *Site Visits \& Project Presentations**
- Organize and conduct project site visits for potential buyers.
- Deliver impactful project presentations highlighting location advantages, amenities, investment potential, and future appreciation.
- Explain project specifications, floor plans, pricing structures, payment plans, and legal approvals.
- *Negotiation \& Closing**
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiations professionally.
- Address customer objections and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with finance teams, legal teams, and management to facilitate closures.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation.
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on infrastructure developments, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes.
- Provide market feedback to management for sales strategy improvements.
- *Documentation \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all customer documents and agreements are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and handover processes.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Prior experience in villa sales, luxury residential projects, plotted developments, or premium real estate preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Experience in selling premium villas, luxury homes, or plotted developments.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru real estate markets, especially North Bengaluru, Devanahalli, Nandi Hills corridor, Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, and other emerging growth corridors.
- Ability to engage with affluent customers and investors.
- Strong local network and lead\-generation capabilities.
- Multilingual communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
