Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Engineering professional to conduct virtual surveys for insurance claims up to ₹5 Lakhs. The candidate will be responsible for damage assessment, claim investigation, documentation, customer interaction, and timely submission of Final Survey Reports (FSR).

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct live video\-based surveys for insurance claims and assess damages accurately.
• Prepare Joint Inspection Reports (JIR) and collect all required claim documents.
• Evaluate losses as per policy terms and estimate claim amounts.
• Communicate assessment findings to customers and obtain consent.
• Handle customer queries and grievances professionally.
• Prepare and submit Final Survey Reports (FSR) within defined turnaround timelines.
• Identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent claims during investigations.
• Coordinate with insurers and stakeholders throughout the claim process.

• *Required Skills**

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Maintenance, Service Engineering, or Insurance Claims.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Experience in insurance surveying, loss assessment, or claims handling.
• Knowledge of repair estimation and technical damage evaluation.
• Customer\-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
