Outpace Consulting is hiring candidates for multiple customer support processes in Kolkata. We have exciting opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates across E\-Commerce, Travel, International Voice and Domestic Voice processes.

Available Positions \& Salary Details1\. E\-Commerce Non\-Voice Process

• **Experience:** Freshers can apply
• **Salary:** ₹18,000 per month (In\-Hand)
• **Additional Benefits:**
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• One\-Way Cab Facility
• **Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle customer queries through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order\-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain customer service quality standards.

2\. Travel Voice Process

• **Experience:** Freshers can apply
• **Salary:** ₹20,000–₹21,000 per month (In\-Hand)
• **Additional Benefits:**
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• One\-Way Cab Facility
• **Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle customer calls related to travel services.
• Assist customers with travel\-related queries.
• Provide appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

3\. International Voice Process

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of international calling experience
• **Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month (In\-Hand)
• **Additional Benefits:**
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• One\-Way Cab Facility
• Additional Performance\-Based Incentives
• **Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle international customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Provide effective customer support and maintain service quality.

4\. Domestic Voice Process

• **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of calling experience
• **Salary:** ₹13,000 per month (In\-Hand)
• **Additional Benefits:**
• Up to ₹1,250 Incentives
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• **Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle domestic customer calls.
• Understand and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a customer support environment.
• Freshers can apply for E\-Commerce Non\-Voice and Travel Voice profiles.
• Relevant calling experience is mandatory for International and Domestic Voice profiles.
