The Senior Telecalling Officer is responsible for customer outreach, recovery follow\-ups, account prioritization, and achieving daily recovery targets while maintaining quality standards and operational compliance.
*Key Functions**
Conduct awareness calls at the beginning of each month.
Adhere to quality parameters and operational guidelines.
Follow COC, TAT, and wrap\-up procedures.
Identify POS accounts and prioritize customers.
Collect additional charges, including penal charges.
Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution (DRR) targets as per defined milestones.
Obtain PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and generate pick\-ups.
Identify accounts that require field visits.
