Voice Process Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic and target\-driven Voice Process Executive – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers by effectively communicating product/service benefits.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in CRM
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• *Key Skills Required:**

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English \& Tamil preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and sales\-oriented mindset

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Any Graduate / Diploma
• Freshers or candidates with sales/voice process experience can apply

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO sales
• Experience in broadband, telecom, or service\-based sales is an added advantage
