The Product Head Woven Fabric will lead product strategy, market development, and sales growth for the woven fabric portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in market intelligence, pricing strategy, customer development, and cross\-functional coordination to ensure profitable growth and strong customer relationships.
· Develop product and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
· Track global and domestic market trends in yarn, fibre, and fabric demand.
· Monitor import/export dynamics, duty structures, and industry developments.
· Identify emerging business opportunities, new markets, and competitive threats.
· Identify season\-wise forecasting for international and domestic brands.
· Drive product development in alignment with seasonal demand and fashion cycles
· Expand customer base across domestic and international markets.
· Identify high\-potential customers, brands, and buying houses.
· Drive product promotion, benchmarking, and market penetration strategies.
· Achieve sales targets through strong customer engagement and relationship management.
· Design competitive pricing strategies based on demand, cost, and competition.
· Monitor product profitability across customers, markets, and product categories.
· Implement pricing adjustments, discount strategies, and value\-added product initiatives.
· Identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer requirements.
· Coordinate with technical and production teams for sample development and product launches.
· Develop value\-added products to enhance market competitiveness.
· Maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and brands.
· Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Establish systems and SOPs for effective complaint management.
· Coordinate with PPC and production teams for capacity planning and order execution.
· Monitor inventory levels, including slow\-moving stock and surplus inventory.
· Ensure timely delivery and optimized inventory utilization.
· Guide and mentor sales and product teams.
· Plan, allocate, and review work of team members.
· Drive team performance and capability development.
· Experience in finished fabric marketing (cotton, cellulosic, linen blends, polyester, nylon, etc.) will be an added advantage.
· Such exposure will be supported and leveraged within the scope of this Product Head role.
Minimum 14\+ Years in Textile / Woven Fabric Industry experience in B2B textile sales, preferably in woven grey fabrics or cellulosic\-based fabrics.
Bachelor Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering with MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Pay: ₹40,520\.86 \- ₹68,911\.50 per month
