The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships for the company's grey woven fabric business. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Sales Strategy \& Business Growth**

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and increase market share in the grey fabrics segment.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to expand the company's footprint.

• *Business Development**

• Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing opportunities with fabric processors, garment exporters, and textile trading houses.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning.

• *Customer Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long\-term business partnerships.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate large\-volume orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• *Sales Operations**

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.

• *Team Leadership**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Establish performance metrics and drive team accountability for results.

• *Job Specifications**

• *Experience:** Minimum 12\+ years of experience in B2B textile sales, preferably in woven grey fabrics or cellulosic\-based fabrics.

• *Qualification:** Bachelors Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering with MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.

• *Language Skills:** Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Pay: ₹45,796\.29 \- ₹69,278\.53 per month
