Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager (Inter CA) to oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in managing financial records while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare and review MIS reports for management.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Monitor and control company expenses and financial risks.
• Assist management in financial decision\-making and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in financial reporting and audit coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Inter CA (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience handling end\-to\-end accounting functions.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
