Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Accounts Manager** to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in accounting and finance, with deep expertise in **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements**. Candidates with experience in a senior accounting role will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Financial Management

• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

Taxation \& Compliance

• Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, input tax credit verification, and assessments.
• Ensure timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
• Handle statutory compliances related to Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to all financial and statutory requirements.

Audit \& Internal Controls

• Coordinate and support statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks.

Team Management \& Process Improvement

• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by team members.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• **Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with experience in a senior accounting role preferred.**
• Strong and in\-depth knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.**
• Experience in handling audits, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
