Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Location: Multiple Locations (Managers required across various locations)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Restaurant Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient restaurant operations, team management, inventory control, and revenue growth. Candidates with prior experience in **bar operations** and hospitality establishments will be highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.

Customer Experience

• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor service standards and continuously improve guest satisfaction levels.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance as required.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Bar \& Beverage Management

• Oversee bar operations, including beverage service standards and inventory management.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements and responsible service practices.
• Work closely with the bar team to maximize beverage sales and profitability.

Inventory \& Cost Control

• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Monitor wastage and implement effective cost\-control measures.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Sales \& Revenue Management

• Support initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Implement promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets and operational KPIs.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• **5–8 years of experience** in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Prior experience in **bar, lounge, or beverage operations** will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and customer\-focused environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
