Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary \& secondary sales across the region.
• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers \& retailers.
• Lead and guide field sales teams for territory growth.
• Conduct product promotions, field demos \& farmer meetings.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Support expansion through new store/franchise development and channel growth.
• Take care of store inventory management and purchase operations.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong network in the agro\-chemical industry (South India preferred)
