Katyayani Organics is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Coach to lead and expand our agronomy\-focused sales team. This is a high\-impact leadership role for someone who blends strong agronomic knowledge with proven sales capabilities and a team\-first mindset.
*Key Responsibilities**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed the set revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and upskill the sales team for high performance and career growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Set and manage sales KPIs; track performance against goals.
Educate the team on product technicalities (agrochemicals, crop protection).
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports to senior management.
Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Qualifications:**
Bachelor's or Master’s in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Crop Science.
3\-5 years of experience in Agri\-sales/Agrochemical Industry
*Language Preferred:**
English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada
*Skills \& Attributes:**
In\-depth knowledge of agricultural practices and solutions.
Strong leadership and team\-building capabilities.
Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
