Assistant Branch Manager - Gold Loan

• Assist in managing daily branch/store operations with a focus on gold product transactions (sales, purchases, loans).
• Ensure accurate valuation, purity testing, and secure handling of gold items.
• Support the branch in achieving sales targets and revenue goals through gold\-related services.
• Guide and supervise frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service and follow compliance protocols.
• Manage inventory of gold ornaments and other precious items, ensuring proper documentation and security.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., KYC norms, RBI compliance for gold loans).
• Help resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and timely escalation when needed.
• Conduct periodic audits and stock checks to maintain operational transparency.
• Train and develop junior staff on gold handling, customer interaction, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (accounts, audit, operations) to streamline gold product offerings.
