### **Job Summary:**

The Assistant Direct Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Direct Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading a high\-performing direct sales team. This position involves assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results\-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in direct sales.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Direct Sales Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive direct sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct sales representatives, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against established goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular one\-on\-one coaching sessions and team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through direct engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices by all team members.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross\-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and integrated sales efforts.
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to represent the company and generate leads.
