  • *Job Summary**

GTPL is seeking an experienced **AVP / Sr. GM / GM – Enterprise Solutions (Software Sales)** to drive business growth for **Custom Software Development Services and G\-Axis Products**. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise software sales, business development, key account management, and strategic client acquisition while achieving aggressive revenue targets.

  • **Drive sales and business development for Custom Software Development and G\-Axis Products.**
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision\-makers.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFIs, commercial quotations, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with Pre\-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams to provide customer\-centric solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high\-value enterprise deals.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
