### **Job Summary:**

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a designated branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and motivating a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth. The Branch Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the branch.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets for various financial products and services.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, performance coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against established goals, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent achievement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including community outreach, networking events, and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with all banking regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, minimizing operational risks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross\-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the branch's sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
