### **Job Summary**

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the branch sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. • Lead and manage the branch sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success and development.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively cross\-selling and up\-selling products and services to existing and prospective clients.
