• *Key Responsibilities**

• \* Promote and sell Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs.
• \* Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
• \* Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Alibaba.com's platform to prospective clients.
• \* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
• \* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• \* Maintain and update lead records, follow\-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• \* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post\-sales support.
• \* Build long\-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• \* Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.

• *\*Requirements\***

• \* Graduate in any discipline.
• \* 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
• \* Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
• \* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• \* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
• \* Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
