About the Company

Dyneton is an authorised channel partner of Alibaba.com, helping manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs expand their businesses globally through digital trade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships to manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
• Connect with potential clients and explain the benefits of Alibaba.com's platform.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update lead details, follow\-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post\-sales support.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Field Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and comfortable with client visits and field sales.
