- *Job Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to expand our business across the real estate and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, generating qualified leads, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Real Estate and Construction industry.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and business reports.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- *Experience**
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the **Real Estate or Construction industry**.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
- *Preferred Candidate**
Candidates with prior experience in **Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, Infrastructure Firms, Project Sales, or Institutional Business Development** will be given preference.
Pay: From ₹40,000\.00 per month
