• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and well\-connected **Land Acquisition Executive** to identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in land sourcing, owner negotiations, due diligence coordination, and end\-to\-end land acquisition activities within the real estate industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and perform preliminary assessments of potential land opportunities.
• Negotiate with landowners and facilitate successful land acquisition transactions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, and Liaison teams for due diligence, title verification, documentation, and transaction closure.
• Evaluate land value, market trends, development potential, and commercial feasibility.
• Prepare land proposals, acquisition reports, and cost estimates for management review.
• Coordinate agreement execution, registration, and payment processes.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective land opportunities and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies throughout the acquisition process.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Law, Management, or a related discipline.

• *Experience**

• **3–5 years** of experience in **Land Acquisition, Land Sourcing, or Business Development** within the **Real Estate industry**.
• Experience in identifying and negotiating land acquisition opportunities.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Experience in **Residential, Plotted Development, Township, or Commercial Real Estate Projects**.
• Good knowledge of the **Chennai and Tamil Nadu real estate market**.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• **Candidates currently residing in Chennai will be preferred.**
