Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Site Engineer** with **3–5 years of experience** to join our growing Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day\-to\-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Verify measurements, monitor material consumption, and maintain site records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site\-related technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Project Management teams to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and statutory requirements.

• *Qualifications**

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• *Experience**

• **3–5 years** of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
