Construction Head

We are seeking a dynamic **Head – Construction** to lead end\-to\-end project execution, build strong construction systems, and deliver landmark developments. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the Construction Division and oversee the execution of all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary objectives.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, project execution plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, QA/QC, and Safety professionals.
• Review project schedules, BOQs, technical drawings, budgets, and resource plans before execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges.
• Drive cost optimization through effective planning, procurement, contractor management, and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Internal Stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance, billing, productivity, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Establish strong reporting systems for project progress, cost control, risk management, and management reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of finishing works, snag rectification, customer handover, and project closeout.
• Build long\-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendor partners to strengthen execution capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies, project controls, technology adoption, and team performance.

• *Required Experience**

• **15–20\+ years** of experience in Construction and Project Management.
• Minimum **5 years in a senior leadership role** managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in **Residential, High\-Rise, Villas, Commercial Buildings, Mixed\-Use Developments, or Township Projects**.
• Experience with reputed Real Estate Developers or EPC organizations is highly preferred.

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.E., M. Tech, MBA, or PG in Construction Management is an added advantage.
