Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target\-oriented Construction Business Development Associate to generate leads and acquire clients for residential construction, independent houses, and luxury villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and channel partners, presenting construction solutions, coordinating client meetings, and converting prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for residential construction, independent house, and luxury villa projects.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
• Connect with landowners, property owners, real estate agents, architects, and channel partners.
• Understand clients' construction requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
• Explain the company's construction services, pricing models, and project offerings.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits, and follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with architecture, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and support project closures.
• Maintain lead databases, follow\-up records, and sales pipeline reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
• Track market trends and identify new construction business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to management on leads, meetings, follow\-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Experience in lead generation and business development.
• Knowledge of residential construction and the real estate industry.
• Ability to build professional relationships and convert leads into business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in construction business development, real estate sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience in residential construction, villa projects, or turnkey construction services is preferred.
• A proven track record in lead generation and client conversion will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per month
