Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative **Senior Architect** to lead architectural planning, design development, and technical coordination for residential and luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in architectural design, construction documentation, client coordination, and site execution, along with the ability to lead design teams and deliver projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and construction feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for luxury villas, independent houses, and residential construction projects.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, and technically feasible architectural designs.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural construction drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and site execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws, development regulations, and local approval requirements.
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and resolve architectural and technical issues.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify design conflicts and ensure consistency before execution.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Coordinate with clients during design presentations, design revisions, and project review meetings.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods to maintain design quality and project feasibility.
• Support estimation and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising design intent.
• Monitor design schedules and ensure timely delivery of drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain drawing revisions, design records, and project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to quality standards and agreed timelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM, 3D visualization, and presentation tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural working drawings, construction detailing, and building materials.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP coordination.
• Understanding of applicable building regulations and approval processes.
• Strong design development, technical documentation, and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Council of Architecture registration, where applicable.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong experience in residential construction, luxury villas, and independent house projects.
• Proven expertise in concept design, design development, working drawings, and construction\-stage coordination.
• Experience managing clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• A strong portfolio of completed residential and villa projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹19,000\.00 \- ₹73,000\.00 per month
